Cancellation deadline for congress registration and social programs.
The fee for attendance and social events will be reimbursed, less a processing charge of € 20, if a written cancellation is received by January 27^th, 2012.
NO fees shall be refunded if cancellations are received after January 27^th, 2012.

Please note that rooms and rates for individual participants are guaranteed until January 5^th, 2012. Binding room reservations should be made by that date. After that, please contact INTERPLAN regarding your reservation.
Cancellation deadline for individual participants for all hotel rooms is January 5^th, 2012. Please find detailed cancellation conditions on the registration form.

Payments by bank transfer must be received by INTERPLAN by that date. Payments received after this date can no longer be transacted. Please note that payments after February 07^th, 2012 are only possible by credit card or on-site.
